A dark grey-brown free-flowing granular meal speckled with light tan to yellow particles for incorporation in animal feedingstuffs.

Each kilogram of Monteban G100 contains narasin equivalent to 100 g of narasin activity.

As an aid to the prevention of coccidiosis in chickens for fattening caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. necatrix and E. tenella.

Mix the appropriate quantity of Monteban G100 with at least 5 times its own weight of a suitable feed ingredient before incorporation into the bulk of the feed to be prepared.

Monteban G100 should be mixed thoroughly into feeds at a level of 600-700 g per metric tonne. This will provide narasin at a level equivalent to 60-70 g of narasin activity per metric tonne.

Feed containing Monteban G100 should be fed continuously to chickens for fattening until Zero days before slaughter for human consumption.

Monteban G100 should be carefully mixed with the mineral supplement or other feed ingredients prior to the feed being manufactured to ensure even distribution in the final feed.

Do not feed to turkeys, guinea fowl, other avian species, chicken producing eggs or rabbits.

Do not allow horses or other equines access to feed containing Monteban G100. Ingestion of narasin by horses has been fatal.

The feedingstuff contains ionophore: Simultaneous use with certain medical substances (e.g tiamulin) can be contraindicated. Animals including birds should not be treated with products containing Tiamulin while receiving, or for a least 7 days before or after receiving feed containing Monteban G100. Severe growth depression or death may occur.

This product must not be mixed with another coccidiostat.

When mixing and handling Monteban G100, use protective clothing, impervious gloves and a dust mask. Operators should wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.

If accidental eye contact occurs, immediately rinse thoroughly with water.

Store in a cool, dry place. For shelf life see expiry date on label.

The product is stable in finished feed, including pelleted feed for up to 3 months.
