Millophyline-V 100 mg Oral Tablets Dosage and administration 10-33 mg/kg orally every eight hours. Body weight 100 mg 200 mg 300 mg 3-10 kg 1 tablet     11-20 kg 1-2 tablets or 1 tablet   21-30 kg 2-3 tablets or   1 tablet 31-40 kg 4 tablets or 2 tablets   Do not divide tablets. Strict dosage according to body weight may need adjusting after assessing the clinical signs. In acute cases, treatment is best commenced by injection, subsequent dosage being given orally. The length of treatment depends on clinical response. For long term use: after two weeks adjust the dosage to the minimum compatible with achieving the alleviation of clinical signs.
