Pharmaceutical precautions
Do not store above 25°C. Store in a dry place. Store in tightly closed original container.
Any medicated water not consumed within 24 hours (12 hours in hard water areas) should be discarded.
Avoid use of contaminated water and rusty or dirty containers.
No other source of drinking water should be available during treatment.
General precautions
Aureomycin is of low toxicity and side-effects are rarely encountered.
If suspected adverse reactions do occur, treatment should be discontinued.
The application of some sugar-based soluble antibiotics may very infrequently appear to be associated with microbial overgrowth in drinking water systems. If using this product within water delivery systems ensure that the systems are cleaned regularly. The use of biocides may be indicated before or after medication.
