Duphapen Dosage and administration Duphapen should be administered by the intramuscular route after shaking to ensure resuspension. Normal aseptic precautions should be observed. The recomended dose rate is: 10 mg/kg bodyweight (1 ml/30 kg) daily for three to five days.
