Duphatrim 20 Tablets Dosage and administration This product should be administered orally by hand. Dogs & Cats: The daily dose is 30 mg of combined active ingredients per kg bodyweight. This is achieved using the following doses: Dogs: one tablet per 4 kg bodyweight daily. Cats: one tablet daily. Treatment should be continued for up to five days or until two days after symptoms have subsided.
