The active ingredient Ivermectin is a substance known as an endectocide because it kills parasites that cause infestation inside the body (endoparasites) as well as those living outside the body, on the skin (ectoparasites). Ivermectin is used in many species for the control of mites, roundworms and lice. Xeno 50-Mini is a simple and effective spot-on solution for prevention and treatment of common internal and external parasites on small mammals and birds. Applied to the skin, Xeno 50-Mini is particularly effective against the parasites which commonly cause ear and skin problems in rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs and small rodents. It is also effective against many of the parasites which cause skin and feather problems in birds.
