Stomorgyl Presentation Pink circular film-coated tablets. Each tablet contains spiramycin and metronidazole in an inert carrier. Three strengths are available: STOMORGYL 2: Each tablet contains 46.9 mg spiramycin of standard potency (3,200 IU/mg), and 25 mg metronidazole. STOMORGYL 10: Each tablet contains 234.4 mg spiramycin of standard potency (3,200 IU/mg), and 125 mg metronidazole. STOMORGYL 20: Each tablet contains 469 mg spiramycin of standard potency (3,200 IU/mg), and 250 mg metronidazole.
