Shelf life
Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal products as packaged for sale:
10 mg prolonged-release tablets: 18 months.
15 mg prolonged-release tablets: 24 months.
Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 100 days.
Special precautions for storage
Do not store above 25 °C.
Store in the original container.
Protect from light.
Store in a dry place.
Keep the container tightly closed to protect from moisture.
Do not remove the desiccant.
Immediate packaging
High density polyethylene container of 30 or 100 tablets closed with polypropylene tamper-evident, child-resistant, screw cap bearing a desiccant.
Packs of 1 or 6 containers.
Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
Disposal
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater.
Use take-back schemes for the disposal of any unused veterinary medicinal product or waste materials derived thereof in accordance with local requirements and with any national collection systems applicable to the veterinary medicinal product concerned.
