Improvac is a colourless to yellowish viscous solution for injection. Each 2 ml dose contains GnRF analogue-protein conjugate, minimum 300 μg. Also contains the non-mineral oil-based adjuvant diethylaminoethyl-dextran (300 mg) and the excipient chlorocresol (2.0 mg).
