Code of Practice for the Promotion of Animal Medicines, a Code which regulates the standards of conduct to be followed in the marketing of animal medicines. Animal medicine companies not in membership of the association are invited to accept and observe the Code.
The Code embodies the basic principles and provisions which the animal medicine industry believes are essential for the conduct of its marketing activities and for the maintenance of standards which are in the interests alike of the veterinary and pharmaceutical professions and all those who use animal medicines.
Those who feel that the promotion of an animal medicine has fallen below the standards which are required by the Code may write, if they so wish, to The Secretary, Code of Practice Committee, National Office of Animal Health Ltd, please email noah@noah.co.uk and ask that the matter be investigated.
